Who do you Train?

My typical client is a middle aged professional who wants to build mobility and strength to help them live healthier and enjoy their time with their family. I work with everyone though; men, women, and kids / teens, whether it be for fitness, injuries, boxing, or self defence etc.

What kind of Sessions do you offer?

I offer private sessions for individuals and groups, as well as classes, for both Fitness (mobility, strength, rehab etc.) and Martial Arts (karate, self defence, boxing).

Can I Train at Home or Outdoors?

Absolutely! Training has to be convenient to be consistent, so I offer my mobile and online services to help those who need that. It doesn't matter if you're at home with the baby, or need a quick boost before work, we can find a way to make it work!

How can I schedule a personal training session with you?

You can easily schedule a session by reaching out to me directly through the contact form above, or via my social media pages, or WhatsApp. It always helps if you have an idea of your availability, and let me know what days and times could work for you. I will then work with you to try and find a convenient time that fits your schedule.

What can I expect during the first session?

Within your first session, typically your trial session, I will take you through a range of fundamental movements to asses how well you can currently move and whether your body is making any compensations due to injury or muscular imbalances etc. This will tell me how mobile each part of your body is and what we would need to work on in order to give you the most relief / benefit. From this point I will be better able to plan our future sessions and make them more specific to your needs.
