“My ultimate goal is to provide the training it takes to keep people safe. I want to minimise injury and pain, because there is far too much of that in this world and not everyone deserves it.
Learning to defend yourself is a life skill that most people ignore until it is too late. Hence, I feel that it is my responsibility to provide one of the most important skills you can master to those who need it, and it is my privilege to see those practitioners grow in skill and confidence as it shapes their mind and body.
I love it when I help people to discover the answer to their problems; to see the big eureka moment on their face and then turn that into success. I have always enjoyed educating others and the pride and pleasure that comes with it. Nothing fulfils me more than to guide somebody to reach their goals. In my view, there is no greater goal than self-empowerment.
I believe that the key to health is being able to stay mentally and physically fit, as well as being able to stay safe. I take it upon myself to provide my clients with personal growth through the development of technique and control. This is all through physical training that improves their coordination, movement, strength, and endurance, as well as combat drills to provide you with relevant defences, because what use is power when you do not know how to use it to protect yourself and your family.”
